Preschool Discussion

I'm going to throw this topic out for discussion: Univeral Preschool. Yes? No?

I have my opinion, but I want to hear yours!

I found this to be particularly interesting:

"Both sides agree: universal preschool involves increasing government's 'parental' role regarding children."
