Happy Hearts Day
Happy Valentine's Day!
*bloggy love and kisses*
Okay, now that I've gotten that out of the way, how are you all? Any big plans for the day?
Me? Well, I'm going to make a nice beef roast for supper tonight, and there's a cherry dessert thing I'm going to try...Husband likes cherry pie, this is a variation...and NO, it does not entail me strategically placing cherries and whipped cream on my person. Get your minds out of the gutter.
Let's see, it is now 6:25 A.M. and I have a headache and a stomach ache. Let's all hope this isn't that icky stomach thing that everyone else is getting.
UPDATE: Husband came home with a dozen red roses, dinner turned out great, and he really liked that cherry cream pie I made this morning.

The Citizen sent me a nice great big tin of Hershey's candy which I received yesterday. Since he travels for businesss, we will observe VD next Monday and go out for dinner. He has off for Prez-Day. I got him a card and Nanny G. had a great idea - paste it on the back of the bathroom door since The Citizen spends so much time on the throne!
Posted by: junebee at February 14, 2006 10:14 AMWe went out to a little Italian restauraunt last night, with my parents. It was a group thing with our church. My parents talked us into going.
Mom got sick and they had to leave early. Doesn't it figure? :)
It was a buffet. We were the last table to in line. By the time we finished our first plate, they were bringing out desert. Desert which by the way we didn't get any of because we're both quiet and wouldn't speak up. Oh well!
It was quite funny. I told my hubby he was taking me out to Dunkin' Donuts for coffee and ice cream after, which he did.
Happy Valentines Day! :)
