The Day After

Easter was good for us. The kids were up really early, like Christmas early, and while Son wanted to save his candy by putting it in the "candy bowl" (just what the name implies), Daughter dove right in. Oh well.

My parents were here when we got home from church. I set to work fixing dinner, and I'm amazed everything turned out as well as it did. I don't like to fix ham, I don't know why.

Husband is off to work and everyone else is still asleep. I'm trying to use this highspeed Internet connection that Husband set up through my cell phone. It would be fine if 1) I could get a consistent strong signal; 2) these g***d*** feckin' Windows updates wouldn't slow me down.

Time for coffee.
