I Found It!

Today, during my weekly run to Kroger, I actually (finally) found mascarpone cheese!

I was so excited!

"Look kids! Mascarpone cheese! Now I can cook just like Giada De Laurentiis!"

This is a big deal, you see, because I'm a fan of Giada's...and she uses mascarpone cheese in almost every recipe (it seems). So now I have to find one of her recipes to use that cheese in.

(And I'd also like to mention my find yesterday: a Barefoot Contessa cookbook. I held it up to Husband and said "Anniversary gift?")
