My Ears! My EARS!

Somethings go great together: chocolate and peanut butter, pizza and beer, toast with honey...

But Allison Krauss and Robert Plant?

I have nothing against Ms. Krauss. She's wonderful in the bluegrass/country genre, but singing along side Robert "Whole Lotta Love" Plant?

Does she have the vocal chops to match oh he of the veddy tight jeans?

I'm skeptical.

I've heard clips from the CD and you are so wrong...it is an outstanding effort...a Grammy winning performance...the only question is how many awards it will win...release date is on October 23, 2007...I can barely wait.

You should try some of Robert's CURRENT work instead of basing your opinion on what he was doing 30 years ago. I think you will be surprised...

And why does your comment form disallow the phrase l i s t e n t o and the string n i c n?

Well, thanks, both of you, and who ever else wanders across this post.

Yes, I have heard Plant's more current work, and I enjoyed it, but I am not an Allison Krauss fan. Sorry, but there it is.

But wow! Talk about instant feedback! I haven't gotten this fast of a response since I ripped on Scientology!

Let me remind you, though, that all opinions are subjective, this is my place to give my opinion, blah blah blah.

Today is NOT the day, people.
