Chatty Today

Well, I am feeling a hell of a lot better than I did yesterday at this time.

Anyhoo, Husband is on vacation this week, and in order to squeeze out the last little drops of summer fun, we've got trips planned with the brats blessings I have birthed.

Wednesday will find us at a wildlife safari type thing, right here in the Buckeye state. I think the kids will really like this, as I've heard giraffes will walk right up and stick their head in the window.

But the weekend, now that's really special. Not really, but I'm looking forward to it. We're going to....hold on...get ready....you'll never guess....GETTYSBURG!

Husband and I have determined that we're going to visit the spots we don't normally see (sorry, Strong Vincent), like Culp's Hill, the Hall of Presidents, the Jennie Wade house, maybe even take one of those double-decker bus tours Husband scoffs at.
