Let It Snow!

I haven't posted in the past couple days because, well, I just haven't felt like it. Yesterday there was a two-hour delay, and today school was canceled!

The kids are out playing in the snow right this very minute.

In truth, the reason I've been so neglectful of this here blog is that I'm busy trying to get the house cleaned before we put up the Christmas tree and such. It's hard enough cleaning around the tree as it is. Soooo...

Oh yeah, La Tahoe is back on the road, after almost $500 worth of repairs. Well, if it's the difference between having heat and not, I'll pay for the heat! And this damn snow...well, let's just say I'm glad I have four-wheel drive to get up and down my driveway.

Busy, busy, busy, and on top of all this housework, I've been asked to join a book club and have been absorbed in this month's selection, Before Women Had Wings.

A good book, although just a tad depressing.
