Points To Ponder

Blog bud The Reluctant Optimist throws out a few items for your consideration, and posts pictures of a topless brunette.

As for #3 on the list, here's my two cents: last night Son told us that his teacher told the class not to see The Golden Compass. Son said "Mrs. (insert teacher name here) told us that they want to kill God in that movie, and that we shouldn't see it."

Score another point for Mrs. Teacher!

Husband and I explained to Son what an atheist is, and why we don't want Son to see those movies or even read the books they're based on.

Then I told Son he stood a better chance of seeing Fred Claus than that compass flick.
