Happy Birthday to John Paul Jones, bassist for The Greatest Band Evaaahhh, who turns 62 today!
Let me add my voice to those who are disappointed about a reformed Zeppelin not going on some kind of tour. I've seen Page and Plant live (in '98...awesome), and would love to see JPJ.

So, as a Zep fan, what do you think about Robert Plant and Alison Krauss' new CD?
I'm not sure if I like it, it kind of has a Roy Orbison sound.
Posted by: Yolo Cowboy at January 3, 2008 07:18 PMI haven't heard it. I did, however, hear one song while I was in Wal-Mart, but it was kind of hard to really hear it and really make any kind of judgment call.
I don't really like Alison Krauss, though, not even her more bluegrass stuff, and I normally really like bluegrass.
