Sweatin' with the Dyson

I know you're all dying to know that I cleaned Daughter's room this morning. My mother would be so proud -- I had both vacuums going! I learned at the foot of the master, I'll tell you.

Anyway, since Husband and I gleaned through Daughter's toys last night, I had no excuse not to clean her room, and I worked up a sweat doing it. I love that Dyson, I can't believe how much crap it picked up!

Update on the kids' health: Daughter had a pretty bad rash on her bum, but this morning it looks better, thanks to some medicated butt cream I found. Son, well, what can I say about him except he slept about 18 hours yesterday. He went to bed at noon, got up at four, ate a little, drank some juice, and went back to bed shortly after six in the evening. He got up at 7:00 this morning very well rested.

What astounds me is that he had a fever of 102 last night. I checked on him numerous times during the night, and by three this morning the fever had broken, but boy was Son a sweaty mess.

I never thought I'd say this, but I can't wait for school to be done for the year so that poor kid can get healthy again!
