Movies. Just movies.
Tonight is movie night in the Groovy home. We started this up when Son was really sick a few weeks ago -- sick and bored out of his mind. Since we have more movies than Blockbuster (thanks to my late father who didn't believe in renting) we had no problem finding stuff to watch, even stuff suitable for the younglings.
Last week we watched Chicken Little. Have you seen that? I really liked it! I laughed and laughed; I loved Runt.
And last weekend was a Free Preview of Showtime. They should have called it
"We're going to show all the sucky movies, but pay for this crap, willya?" I found one, ONE, good movie to watch: Tombstone. Even though I already own the movie and have watched it a billion times (because I LOVE IT). Who wouldn't want to watch Kurt Russell smack BillyBob Thorton in the mouth?
"Are you gonna do something or just stand there and bleed?"
Anyway, I'm at a loss today as to what to show. See, I have some Easter movies, but I was saving those for next weekend, so I' planning to go up to Blockbuster today. Husband wants me to try to get Narnia...but since it just came out I doubt I'll be able to. To be honest, I wasn't all hopped up to see it when it first came out to theaters, and I'm not too psyched now. Husband can't even get Son interested!
I've got to find something, though. Even Son won't let me watch SW Episode III one more time. I guess he's getting tired of me pausing on Swooner Dreamboat. (Who should be nudenakednude in this movie anyway.)
