Thanks A Lot

I would like to thank all those scuzzy bastards who got busted for having meth labs. Because of you unwashed masses, I now have to take a little card to the pharmacy counter if I want to buy cough medicine or sinus meds.

Today I spent ten minutes waiting for the pharmacist to, I swear, get a criminal check on me because I was trying to purchase children's Ibuprofen cough medicine.

Child's cough syrup!

The worst thing was that the pharmacist took my driver's license, so I couldn't even stomp off in a huff.

So now, because of a few wankers out there, I practically have to give blood and my last three mailing addresses in order to make my kids feel better.

And DO NOT get me started on the fight I had with the U-Check!

Here in Oregon, our joke of a governor, "Sleepy" Ted Kulongoski, who lost the endorsement of the very liberal Portland Oregonian, rag...er... newspaper of a very blue city, is bragging in his commercials about how he shut the meth labs down here in Oregon by being one of the first states to lock up the cough medicine. What he doesn't tell you is that our meth addicts (for whom we have a rep) can still get all the garbage they want from Mexican smugglers, who find Oregon an easy mark because we don't check nationality when issuing a Driver's License (subsequently, Florida and Nevada refuse to recognize our DL's as valid ID), because we give government services to illegals, and because we won't let our state and local cops check citizenship of suspects.

Well, what about the web? Anyone policing that? What's to stop me from ordering through drugstore.com next time?

Shhh! Stop thinking intelligently, you're wrecking the curve!

OMG, what a pain in the neck. I'm surprised they haven't started a similar thing here in Florida.

There are meth labs all over the place here, mostly in the rural areas. Meth labs and rednecks. Great combo.
