Big Night Out

Alas, I did not watch the Tom Cruise interview on Primetime last night. We don't even get the local ABC station around here, and besides, we weren't home.

We took the younglings out for dinner and a movie. Dinner was Burper King, where we actually went in and sat down instead of going through the drive-thru. Yeah, we are a classy bunch. And so much for any kind of a diet I may have been on -- that TenderCrisp chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks were calling to me. And yes, I indulged in the sweet devil Coca-Cola.

I could feel my arse expanding minute by minute.

Then the Groovy family was off to the drive-in to see Ice Age 2. Since Friday is "movie night" we went to the drive-in instead of waiting for the DVD to come out. It was pretty good! And the only upsets to the evening were Daughter finding and eating a crayon, which Husband got away from her pretty quick, and Son having to go "really bad." I opted to let him pee in front of La Tahoe instead of going to those drive-in facilities. Uck.

So, poop on Tom Cruise, I had better things to do.
